Botox Injections in the Stomach Don’t Help Weight Loss

I was reading a few months ago about some interesting work that had been done to help patient lose weight by injecting Botox into their stomachs.  The logic was that the stomach muscles would relax and therefore not empty the gastric contents very quickly, thereby causing early satiety and eventually weight loss.  Seems like a plan, right?  Too bad the latest studies contest the conclusions. The Wrinkle about a Cosmetic tax: What is the ‘BoTax’?
