Manhattan Mommy Makeover Case #195

This is a 39 year old Manhattan woman who has given birth to twins, breast fed, and wanted to "get her body back" with a Mommy Makeover.
We decided to move forward with a tummy tuck, breast lift (without implants), and liposuction of the flank to enhance her waistline.
The operation took about 4.5 hours and was performed with sedation, but not general anesthesia.  She went home the same day and was able to sleep in her own bed that night.
Photographs are shown 3 months postoperatively.  Please note the lifted and more youthful appearance of her breasts in addition to the flatter tummy and slimmer waist.  The patient is very happy and plans to show off her body next summer at the beach.
