Dr. Sterry and his staff are an absolute dream. From the moment of my initial consultation for smartlipo of the chin and neck through the actual procedure yesterday, my experience has been far and beyond what I could have imagined. Dr. Sterry was up front and honest about his expectations for my results, and took extra time with me to ensure I felt comfortable before I decided to move forward. I was extremely nervous during the two weeks leading up and his staff were so friendly, patient, kind and approachable and always available to answer my questions. My procedure was yesterday and I chose to use only local anesthesia, as Dr. Sterry had assured me that I would be absolutely fine. I was very anxious (I consider myself to have a low pain tolerance) and Dr. Sterry and his staff were calm, kind and understanding of my nerves, while still managing to make me feel 100% comfortable. I was BEYOND shocked at how quick and easy the procedure was, and truly—for those of you afraid of the pain—there was absolutely ZERO. I couldn’t even believe it. The first day of recovery has been exactly as Dr. Sterry expected, just a bit of soreness but no need for anything stronger than Tylenol. If you are considering Dr. Sterry for anything—I wholeheartedly recommend you go for it. He truly cares about his patients and his craft. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Sterry and I’m very excited to see my results as they develop over the next few months!
Not quite there yet... Please note that this is my personal experience with liposuction and in no way shape of form will this determine your outcome. I had chin and cheek liposuction with Dr. Sterry in March. Dr. Sterry and his team are wonderful and have been really patient with answering all of my questions both pre and post op. Although the fullness under my chin has decreased since the procedure, I had slightly different expectations for what my chin/jawline would look like after. I definitely think the liposuction helped, but I really wanted a sharper more defined jawline. Unfortunately I am not where I want to be.

Lipo of the Chin/Neck Dr. Sterry and his team were incredibly warm and welcoming. They answered all my questions and during the day of the surgery were able to calm my nerves. The procedure was completely painless and the staff made it known that they were available for any follow up even over the holiday weekend if I had any concerns. I am so pleased with my treatment by Dr. Sterry and his team and I can't wait to see the final results in a couple of months! Three weeks post, still swollen and a little bruise. Have two indents in the skin on my neck but they're slowly going away and Dr. Sterry assured me that they'll disappear with time and to massage them out when I can. Just started to see a major change but I know it's way too early to see anything significant. Friends and family can see a major difference and I'm happy with all the changes so far! Still a little swollen and a couple lumps. Doc said that I have more healing to go but I'm already blown away but the results thus far. Definite jawline definition and the angle under my chin has gone much more horizontal (which was my primary goal). Essentially fully healed! Had my 3 month check in and everything looks good. Had zero issues during the healing process. Could not have asked for better results! Very happy with the outcome. Thanks Dr. Sterry!
