Under The Muscle Breast Augmentation Case #1171

This 38-year-old woman was 5 feet 7 inches tall and 141 pounds. She is overall very fit and athletic, but she had lost volume in her breasts after her 2 pregnancies. We decided to give her breast augmentation with implants after a consultation in my New York office.

I inserted 210 cc silicone breast implants through a periareolar incision below the level of the muscle. This took her breasts from a 34A/B cup to a 34C cup. She also had a tummy tuck performed at the same time.
