Under The Muscle Breast Augmentation Case #1176

This 40-year-old woman was 5 feet 9 inches tall and 132 pounds. She said she had larger breasts when she was younger but lost volume after her 3 pregnancies. We decided to use 210 cc silicone breast implants for her breast enlargement in New York. They were inserted through a periareolar incision below the level of the muscle. This took her breasts from a 34A cup to a 34C cup.
