Breast Case #1157

This 35-year-old woman was 5 feet 6 inches tall and 125 pounds. She is overall very fit and athletic, but she always wanted fuller breasts. We decided to do a breast augmentation with saline implants in NYC.

The 330 cc saline breast implants were inserted through an inframammary incision below the level of the muscle. This took her breasts from a 34A/B cup to a 34D cup. She told us that her breast enhancement surgery was one of the best things she ever did for herself.
