This 42-year-old New York City woman was 5 feet 1 inches tall and 95 pounds. She is overall very fit and athletic, but she always wanted fuller breasts. We decided to give her breast augmentation with 234 cc silicone breast implants in New York. They were inserted through an inframammary incision below the level of the muscle. This took her breasts from a 32A cup to a 32C cup.
