This 39-year-old woman was 5 feet 10 inches tall and 146 pounds. She is overall very fit and athletic, but she had always wanted fuller breasts. We decided to give her breast augmentation with 286 cc silicone breast implants in NYC. They were inserted through an inframammary incision below the level of the muscle. This took her breasts from a 34A/B cup to a 34C/D cup.
