This 26-year-old woman joked with me that "the boob fairy never came to my house" and said she wanted "big ones!" Despite my personal bias toward a more natural appearance (even for augmented breasts), she chose relatively large, high-profile breast implants for her breast augmentation in New York.

This was one of the first "gummy bear" implant cases I have done. Sientra is the U.S. distributor for Silimed breast implants. This means that even if the implant shell ruptures, the silicone polymer inside will hold its shape and not ooze around the inside of the breast pocket.
