Tummy Tuck Case #4020

This is a 35 year old woman who asked for body rejuvenation after undergoing a significant amount of weight loss.  She had not had bariatric surgery, but was becoming very aggressive about maintaining her weight at a level she chose.  Despite her extremely disciplined routine, she could not do anything about the quality of her skin - or the excess amount of loose skin she seemed to have in some places.  The only way to improve this issue was to have body contouring surgery.

We performed a full tummy tuck operation combined with some flank (lower back) liposuction for contouring purposes.  The tummy tuck gave her tighter skin in the front, while the liposuction helped create a more favorable buttock region in the backside.
