This is a 48 yo woman who lost over 100 lbs with the help of a lap band.  She came in asking for body contouring procedures because the gym did NOT tighten her skin.  I performed a Tummy Tuck (as part of a lower body lift), mastopexy, brachioplasty, and axillary lift in two separate operations.  She recovered well and these photos are shown about a year after her last procedure.
