This 48 year old patient needed her umbilical hernia repaired and chose to have her tummy tuck performed at the same time.  While we were at it, I suggested liposuction around the torso to give her a little more shape.  That's the way I find myself doing tummy tuck operations 90% of the time.

I called a friend of mine who is a general surgeon to fix the hernia because this one needed a mesh.  We worked together so that she didn't have to go through two separate operations and recoveries.

Her results are shown a year after the operation - at age 49!  During that time she has certainly gotten herself into terrific physicial condition and makes me look better than I am.  There is no replacement for physical fitness, but I think the tummy tuck and lipo help ;-)
