This is a 24 yo woman who wanted a more defined, but natural looking jawline. After much discussion, we decided to perform Smartlipo Liposuction on the chin and neck region along with insertion of a small silicone chin implant. The procedure was done under local anesthetic and probably took about an hour or so. The "after" photos were taken a few months later and she is very happy with her more elegant and refined jawline.
