Neck Lift For Men Case #2471

This is a 66-year-old man who had been struggling with his decision about cosmetic surgery for 7 years. He originally asked about a neck lift when I had done some work in New York for his wife, but he was not quite ready to do anything about it. As the years went by and the appearance of his neck worsened, he finally decided to go ahead with a procedure to help cure his "turkey neck." We did a corsett platysmaplasty with incisions behind his ears and under his chin. His results are shown 3 months later.
