Body Case #2520

This is a 40 year old woman who wanted a mommy makeover after having children.  She was very slender, but her abdomen was protruding due to the separation of her abdominal muscles (known as a "Diastasis Recti" in addition to removing her excess skin which had become somewhat loose despite her rigorous exercise program.

Given that she also wanted to enhance the appearance of her breasts without any visible scars, we chose to use some "generous" silicone breast implants to return her volume.  In this case we used round 355 cc moderate profile implants from Sientra.  While the left breast still has a small amount of laxity, we thought this was a reasonable compromise over the scar required for a mastopexy or going with much larger implants.
