Body Case #7490

This is one of our younger male patients who wanted a more fit appearance and was asking for liposuction.  We chose to use a technique called "Lipo 360" to address his entire torso circumferentially.  This procedure required sedation due to its aggressive nature - and it really cannot be tolerated with local anesthesia.  That said, most patients are very happy with their outcomes in time.  This particular patient saw results almost immediately, but most of the time they take about 3-4 months to mature. I find that with Lipo 360 patients look more natural because we aren't just suctioning the abdomen, skipping the side of the patient, and then suctioning the flanks.  In this technique we are essentially adding two more areas of suctioning by also addressing the sides of the upper abdomen.  It should also be noted that in this case I suctioned his chest as well.
