This 39-year-old woman complained about dark circles and a tear trough groove in the lower eyelids. We did JUVÉDERM injections at my New York City practice, which made a significant improvement in the grooves. While she still uses a concealer for the dark circles, she says that she no longer gets a dark shadow in the area, which helps quite a bit.
