This is a 24 year old woman who wanted to have a more slender and elegant look. She asked me for better definition of her jawline and a reduction of her "chubby cheeks". I performed Smartlipo liposuction of her neck as well as precise cheek liposuction using a microcannula. Additionally, I was also able to remove the portion of her buccal fat that was located in the lower-mid cheek area. This assisted in reducing her facial girth. The photos shown are 3 months postop. I hope she likes the result as much as I do, but I doubt it.
