This is a young woman who came in asking for a breast reduction at my New York practice because of neck, back, and shoulder pain. She mentioned that it was also difficult to buy properly fitting bras and that she was very self-conscious about her appearance because of her large breasts. For instance, she mentioned that she hesitated to wear a bathing suit or wear various fashions with a V neck.

Dr. Sterry does not remove the nipple for this operation.
