This 61-year-old woman wanted a breast reduction at my New York practice because she was wearing an H cup bra. Her large breasts were causing terrible back and neck pain. She also complained about rashes under the breasts that did not seem to get better with topical medications. After the operation, she is still a D cup, but she is dramatically more comfortable and does not seem to have any of the same complaints that she did before. She also had a tummy tuck.
