Breast Case #1293

This is a 32-year-old woman who came in stating, "I NEED a breast reduction!" Her job requires a lot of manual labor, and the weight of her 44 J cup breasts was contributing to neck pain, shoulder pain, and difficulty wearing almost any kind of stylish clothing. She had to have her bras tailor-made for her at specialty shops around New York.

During her breast reduction operation at my New York practice, I was able to remove 7 pounds of breast tissue and keep the nipple attached to her breast pedicle throughout the procedure. Postoperatively she has full nipple sensation and is now down to a large D cup bra (depending on the manufacturer).
