Breast Case #1275

This is a 39 year old woman with two children who wanted a mommy makeover.  We decided to perform a breast lift surgery along with a tummy tuck and liposuction of her flanks all at the same time.  She did very well postoperatively and is now able to go out without a bra and wear many fashions that would have been off limits before.

The technique I used for her was a "Lillipop" style incision.  This operation allows us to not just move the nipples up, but to actually raise the lower border of the breast tissue (known as the inframmamary crease to plastic surgeons).  In doing so, the breasts appear more youthful and full, without actually removing much volume at all.  As the years have gone by, it has become my preferred method of breast lift surgery.
