Breast Lift Case #1221
Before
After

This is a 49-year-old woman who had undergone major weight loss with the help of bariatric surgery and found that her breasts had "deflated" and were sagging a little bit. She wasn't overly self-conscious about it, but she wanted her breasts to be perkier.
We decided to perform a classic Wise pattern breast lift for her using general anesthesia in New York City. In this case I took essentially no breast tissue away and literally split the skin in an effort to save volume in the breasts. I was trying to prevent her needing to have a breast implant as well as the lift. In the end, her nipples were certainly lifted, and the breasts are a little higher and firmer.
