This is a 29-year-old woman who told me that she was fairly happy with her figure but if she could change just one thing, it would be her arms. She thought she had fat arms and despite my protest (yes, I really did tell her that I thought her arms were not fat), she wanted to have a more athletic shape. I admit that I also told her that I thought I could make her look more slender and contour the entire arm circumferentially.
