Body Case #8260

Arm Liposuction can provide quite a bit of "lift" if it is done by an experienced surgeon using the right system.  This case represents a 31 year old woman who was told elsewhere that she would need a brachioplasty (arm lift) operation resulting in a long scar down her arm.  I really didn't want to commit her to that scar and thought we might do well with liposuction using the Smartlipo laser.  I told her that we might not get a perfect result, but that this was a good first step towards getting her an optimal result.  I reasoned that if she was not happy with this outcome, then we can always go ahead and have the brachioplasty later.  As long as there was a chance to prevent the scar, this seemed reasonable to me.

As you can see in her before and after photographs here, she did pretty well.  We never even considered an arm lift once her results were mature.
