Tummy Tuck Case #3630

This is a very fit woman who was frustrated that she couldn't get her body back after having children.  She was exercising aggressively and was already Vegan, but was not able to obtain the physique she wanted despite all of her hard work.  This is one of the patients I have who really fought with herself quite a bit before finally understanding that sometimes surgery can help fix things that we can't do with diet and exercise on our own.

We decided to perform a tummy tuck combined with liposuction of the flanks at the same time.  I often refer to this combination as the "Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich of Plastic Surgery" because either procedure is fine on its own, but when you combine them you get a result that everybody seems to love.

Her photographs are shown about 18 months after the operation because she was shy.  She was very hesitant to allow me to put any of her before and after photos online, but eventually agreed...as long as I didn't show her breasts.  That's fine with me!

When you look at these images, try to remember that I said she is a very fit woman.  Her life revolves around staying healthy, working out, and eating well.
