Liposuction For Men Case #2308

This is a vibrant 51 year old male patient who was frustrated that he was losing his profile as he aged.  He came in requesting a neck lift operation, but I thought we could do better with one of my favorite and simple procedures...Smartlipo on the neck and chin.

This procedure is performed with the patient awake under local anesthesia.  We numb the area to be treated, pass a laser under the skin through a 1 mm incision, and suck out the fat in the area.  The laser also seems to help tighten the skin in the area. As you can see, this patient did well.  They all seem to look better with this procedure in a fairly short time.
