Hip, flank, and thigh liposuction photos.  This patient asked for skinny thighs, smaller hips, a flatter tummy, and a perky butt.   We think all of these areas improved, but the saddlebag liposuction may be the most benefiical for this patient.   She seems much more slender just based on the thigh liposuction alone.
